"Booked two rooms, was put in 2 accessible rooms despite not booking that room type, plus the 'folding' bench in the shower was broken in both rooms and separating from the tub leaving screws exposed. Mentioned both to front desk, only one was fixed. Plus shower heads were about mid-torso height, not ideal positioning with no where to move the shower head wand to place it higher. Both rooms had phantom noises both nights leading to broken sleep, there appears to be zero insulation to hallway noise, and a kids daycare right outside the window. Overall, will not stay here again even if cheaper than everywhere else. It's cheap for a reason. "

"The room was well appointed. The bathroom had a tub 😀. And as a person who doesn't drink tea or coffee, it was a real selling point the free hot chocolate was available in the lounge. I am very happy with my stay and will come again."
