"This place was gross. Filthy, dirty, rude guy at the front desk. Noisy at night, and wouldnt let me park my car with trailer in the lot due to having a uhaul rentql company in the same building."
"Nice clean room, bathroom was nice with walk-in shower. One thing to note, we booked a king with sofa. The description did not say that the sofa pulled out, it said 3 person max in the room. We were a little worried about this as we have 2 boys, but when we got there we found it did pull out so was perfect for us. Description needs to be updated though. The boys loved the water slides and are already asking to go back! "
"Breakfast was very good. Lots of options and really enjoyed the biscuits and gravy. Room was clean but not a lot of lighting, a little dark. Curtains did well to block outside light. Beds were comfortable but the pillows were small (like throw pillows). Didn't use the pool but it looked nice and clean. No elevator to the second floor. Overall happy with our stay."
"Got to my hotel room, door was open. There’s hair in the sink that’s not mine and there appears to be blood on the curtain. I ended up going across the parking lot to Walmart to buy my own cleaning supplies. Definitely not worth the price. "
"Property is tired. Pillows and bedding need replacing. Beds were comfortable but should be upgraded, at least with the newer mattress encasing covers that are readily available. Workmanship like caulking and painting are poor. Parking lot has some serious pot holes.
Pool and spa were closed. Restaurant was not open for breakfast.
Staff were friendly and helpful."
"The room was spotless and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s an nolder building in the process of bring updated, but the rooms are finished and lovely, and the breakfast was really delicious. The cinnamon tolls are great, flaky amd delicious, which is hard to get at any continental breakfast
The pool is currently closed but you can use one at the neighboring hotels.
Overall a delightful stay and I’d love to go back!"
