"Clean bare rooms in garden building, Quite! Garden nice but very untidy. Pool has no water. Ok to have a good bed on a road trip stop. Or to overnight stay while being out sightseeing all day. No comfort of atmosphere to be on the premises. No kitchen. Outside table and kitchen very messy. Needs work to be a host."

"Amazing place, and at an incredible price. Will be recommending this one to friends. It is on the Chichen Itza side of town, intimate, and with great amenities (water fountain, minifridge, microwave, and even cutlery). The pool is beautiful too. No complaints"
