"Overall, I would rate my stay an 8 out of 10! The staff were super friendly and helpful and always made sure that whatever I needed I got. My only issue with this resort is that, no one could explain to us how the “resort credit” work. We had a $500 resort credit and we were told by the front desk staff to reach out to the spa (where the credit could be spent) cool took the paper to the spa and the Rep (super nice) explained it. So depending on the service (I got and mani & Pedi and my partner for a facial) how it was explained that amount for those services were listed $30 for the mani and $30 for the pedi, $80 or $90 was for the facial. Got the services and we went to enjoy the rest of the day. On the day of check out, the front desk agent was like we have a $197.00 credit for the spa services and we were puzzled cause the “resort credit” was suppose to cover the services. Apparently it doesn’t, contacted the spa only for them to now inform us that the “$500 resort credit” is a discount. To date I am still confused how is that possible and how is $500 credit a discount? We’ve asked numerous of works to explain that to us, but no at the hotel could explain it. I would say to whomever is going here to ignore the resort credit cause it was a total scam. That dampened my interest in ever going back and staying to this place cause I felt I was robbed. Ended up paying almost $300 CAD to cover that charge! Big scam!!"

"One of the best resorts I’ve stayed so far. Not the biggest, but it’s compact. For people not travelling with kids, just keep it in mind that it’s mostly a family resort as per my opinion. My kids (one is almost for and another is just above 1) were not bored for a single day. Good was great, room service was amazing. Overall, I’d return to this place if I get another good deal."
