"I like the place it’s in a great area! It looks clean However the beds had ants, bed bugs , the sheets had makeup , lights wouldn’t work, restroom glass door was not attached and restroom was small and clogged. Only one elevator works and only 2 people fit in it . Other than that thank yall for the hostage it had a 7 eleven right next to it and coco bongo was close !"

"La habitación no estaba tan limpia encontré un condon usado debajo, el personal de cocina soy muy groseros ven a turista y les dan prioridad ya que también mi dinero vale, en la camas cobran y si está bien pero creo k en la aplicación deberían de mencionarlo que tienen costo o mencionarlo al entrar todo ese tipo de detalles, nada k ver con el emporio de Acapulco el personal es grosera, pero si uno les dice algo los malos somos los que vamos, se fue la luz y no fueron para ofrecer algo frío ya...

"Nice roomy suites with kitchen and balcony in a quiet location facing the lagoon. Has a nice restaurant and pool."

"I didn’t like that the pool was only 4ft, no intertament, the pool water was sooo hot and no space to walk at the beach at all. Also, the bar inside was always closed. The air conditioner went off for a while and the floor got so slippery almost fell."

"Its an OK place but not the best in the area. The rooftop is extrmeely expensive I want to assume is because day pass users get credit for what they pay and guest have to pay the price as well"

"For the price and location it was a good stay. The property mostly the room was very run down and worn. They definitely need a remodel. Cabinets were falling apart and they filled in the sink hole with a none matching piece of granite in the kitchen area. The water pressure sucked as well. Toilet easily gets stopped up. But the location is amazing and by far the best part along with the affordability. The staff was helpful but you could tell they were understaffed and worked to death. I felt bad...
