Property itself is very tired and clearly they are in the process of constructing/fixing it up, but the room was fine. all inclusive included the pizza pasta place and a taco place and a breakfast spot. "Great location, asked for a better view and received a complimentary upgrade. If it’s your first time in cancun and you plan on doing excursions and not being at the resort 24/7 this place is a great pick. Lots of restaurants and grocery store nearby so we were able to plan our trip on a budget. Pool was good and the water was calm and no seaweed. Even saw some fish while snorkeling right off the beach. Room was cleaned everyday. Provided lots of water, coffee and even gifted bottles of wine....
