"Well, the pictures are different than the actual place. They don’t have coffee in the rooms. They offer you the usage of a coffee machine if you go to the store and buy coffee. My credit card was lost inside of a taxi. And two nights later the taxi man arrived at this hotel at five in the morning, and the staff went to my door and knocked on my door until I woke up and told to come to the lobby to get my card from this taxi man. And the taxi man had been trying to use my card multiple times before he turned it into me to get a tip from me. I did not know he had tried to use it until I looked at my emails records from my credit card company saying the card was declined so the taxi man since he had no luck with my car decided to try to return it to be a hero and do so at five in the morning before I woke up to the emails from my credit card and this hotel and their staff allowed this man into the lobby and then came to my room and woke me up. Completely and totally unacceptable. There was no hot water. They offered an extremely tightly wound in plastic small bar of soap that was a joke. The woman and the daughter who worked in the lobby downstairs were the nicest part of this hotel. They were extremely sweet people. Everything else about my stay there was not great. I still cannot believe they woke me up at five in the morning to allow this taxi thief to try to give me my card back and of course I gave him a tip not knowing he had been trying to use my card all night. No good!"

"The room was clean at check in, but never swept afterwards. Tumble weeds of hair always there, everything dusty ( I cleaned it, you are welcome) the toiled was plugged or would not flush at least 2 times a day! This was the must frustrating part because I was always worried about using the bathroom at nigh or in an emergency. The front star was awesome! Always! The bar tender slash room service, slash front desk, slash learning to be a cook was alway great and over worked, he was everywhere!!! Always had a smile and super happy to have a conversation. He requires a major pay rise!! I will never stay in this hotel again. The beds are very small NOT a QUEEN! The birds on the windows are too thin. I can hear the birds all night long and I was no where beer the elevator, but could hear every ding. The AC was perfect! The towels suck! Breakfast was good the first day....but really? No change? It was not worth the money for this hotel other than the location and free parking."

"Old and moldy smell rooms. El primer cuarto no servía el aire y me dijeron que el filtro estaba muy sucio, tuvimos que cambiar de habitación a las 10 de la noche además, El hotel con capacidad de más del 50% y me mandan a la esquina más lejana y con la vista más fea."
