"I stayed in the main house, 2nd floor, Queen Deluxe Room included micro, refrig, keurig and had an a/c unit. Very quiet, quaint, old-world charm. It was close to my family that still lives in G.G. and was convenient for what I needed. Would recommend for anyone that needs to compress from the hustle and bustle of life."

"The room was very clean and well appointed with a fridge and microwave. Great tv selections for watching tv at night. There's a beautiful stream in the back of the property and you can enjoy coffee, fruit or cereal out on the patio in front of your room. There's a short drive to Prattsville Diner and Jim's All American supermarket. "

"Delightful place to stay. Had all necessary plug accessibility behind the small table between the beds. TV good, bathroom fine, bed comfortable. Breakfast offerings included coffee, yogurt, cereal, juices. Had a good conversation with one of the owners during breakfast. Would recommend and if I have a chance will stay here againl. "

"Our stay at the Roxbury Motel was great. Our room was clean, and the decor unique. The whole place had great character and the front desk people were friendly. My only concern was that when I booked our room, it didn't say it was at the motel, which is a separate, but nearby, location from the Roxbury at Stratton Falls. Our friend were staying there and we didn't realize until we arrived that our place was down the road a couple of miles. Other than that, it was a great stay."

"The building and furnishings were very tasteful and comfortable. I loved the antique feel and those lamps!!!! Host was just lovely and friendly. Breakfast was abundant. And the drive there was stimulating to say the least. Cute little street. "

"Laureen was very hospitable. She accomodated us every step of the way. There were clean sheets, comforters, pillows and sets of towels arranged in the room. The bathroom was also clean and there was hot water. Laureen checked in on us to see how we slept and if our needs were met. She made a delicious hot breakfast consisting of blueberry pancakes and eggs how we like them served with tea, coffee or water. "Fire alarm sat in the den area unconnected when we walked in. Was immediately texted we would receive 20% discount for hot tub not in working order which was good. Asked 3 times for wash rags for the bath, but no response. Full kitchen had no dish towels, rags, or dish detergent. Dishwasher did not work. We liked the space and the area, but being between seasons was not a good idea. "
