"Großes, etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Die Innenstadt von Granada erreicht man in 10 min zu Fuß. Der Pool war leider aufgrund von Renovierung geschlossen.
Das Hotel hat ein eigenes Parkhaus. Beim Kongresszentrum direkt neben an parkt man allerdings günstiger und kommt mit einem etwas größeren Auto besser zurecht."

"This is in fact a 5-star hotel. It is fine and elite in all ways. Location. Service. Amenities (eg. rooftop pool nestled beside the bells of the great cathedral). The best value imaginable. Bravo to the team that make this the kind of temporary home it is hard to leave."

"This is a very pleasant hotel for people looking for a little bit of luxury and a spectacular view of Granada. It is not hard to fall in love with Granada, and it is a privilege to sit on the terrace and look at the beautiful city while an attentive staff pleasantly helps you through meals and drinks. I was consistently surprised by the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. I’m from New York City and can’t imagine any staff person treating me as well as the people here do. Two factors to...

"Underground garage is not accessible from the main street and they don't provide and address as to where it is exactly. When calling the hotel I kept getting an AI agent, when asked for a representative, no one would answer. I spent an hour driving in circles until I finally went the wrong way in traffic just to be able to get to the hotels front. I walked in and the 2 agents were chatting and laughing. I was upset and told them I had been calling and no one would answer. They said they were...

"The room was perfectly fine and spacious. The bed was comfy and quiet. The breakfast was great and we found everything we wanted. The staff were super helpful.
HOWEVER, we had to queue for quite a bit at the reception so we could just check in. Also, the price you pay is only for the base room. The amenities in the room were super basic with only the bare minimum provided. Everything else was accessible as an added cost, parking, spa, pool, and of course the breakfast. In the end, it turned out...
