For example, rips in curtain in bedroom, no iron in the room, broken toilet seat, no kettle, dirty hottub, only one jet working in hottub, cracks and marks on the bedroom walls, dirty tablecloth at lunch on day of arrival, 2 broken lamps in the room. "Der Unterkunft wurde übergebucht und wir wurden angerufen und gesagt dass die Villa nicht mehr verfügbar ist obwohl wir bezahlt haben den ganzen geld und dann 5 stunde warten haben die uns in einer hässlichkeit unterkunft mit armeisen zusammen zu leben. Die villa wurde gebucht für sechs personen und die neue unterkunft war einfach ein zimmer wohnung für 6 Personen, einfach schrecklich. Unsers ganz geld ist weg umsonst. "
