The staff are extremely friendly and approachable—Julius in particular is a real star: a young man always willing to help. Negative points: There is no ATM on site, and reception cannot always break large notes, which made tipping staff difficult. As a result, I wasn’t able to tip as much as I would have liked. "This hotel was BEAUTIFUL! The pictures do not do it any justice. We stayed at the overwater villas for one night and the service was exceptional. The food was good. They brought a floating breakfast that was delicious. Even the regular villas were really nice. Also “the rock”restaurant was 15 mins away. "
