"A arrived 9h30 and didn’t have to wait till 15 o’clock to go to my room. They not only gave the room earlier but gave an upgrade. Very friendly staff "

"This is a lovely hotel in a historic building. It’s walking distance to all the sights of Stonetown. Our room was clean and comfortable. The balcony looked out to the Indian Ocean. Staff were very helpful and friendly, particularly the receptionist who helped us with booking our transfer to the airport at the end of our stay. "

"Beautiful hotel, very comfortable, elaborate breakfast, incredibly hospitable staff "

"This was a neat place to stay in the heart of the old part of Stone Town. Quaint, but with modern amenities like AC. I had a private bathroom down the hall which was clean and not far. Older building with stairs but I enjoyed my stay and felt it was worth it for sure."

"Amazing stay. From the warm welcome and services. Truly enjoyed the food in the Secret Garden and rooftop. "

"My stay was great. The airline lost our luggage and the front desk staff went above and beyond to help us locate it. We are forever grateful to them. The hotel itself is newer so it’s really clean and the rooms are quite spacious. We only had the breakfast at the hotel and they had a lot of good options. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great hospitality.”"
