"I throughly enjoyed my stay at the Kokono resort. The service was exceptional by staff. The resort if very quaint, peaceful yet full of its own little luxuries such as the beach, the view and the exceptional staff. The food was diverse each night and delicious. This was a birthday trip for me in which the staff made me feel celebrated by decorating my room and making me a cake! It was so sweet and pleasantly delightful. "From our first arrival we were greeted with cool towels and warm smiles. The staff is amazing!! Esther at the front desk was very accommodating on our last day- our flight wasn't until late at night so got a lovely extra late check out. The food each day was prepared fresh and most delicious! Our room was the honeymoon suite which including a private pool and the maintenance guy always made sure to clean our pool as well. "Staff very friendly and accommodating. Great location in the city of stone town very walkable. Breakfast daily. This review is based on staying in two different rooms. The Shaba was large spacious. The rosemond was small and adequate but the water pressure in the shower was very low and no privacy curtain in the window. The amount of light in the rooms are low when applying makeup or using the mirror. "
