"Great place, lovely swimming pools, good connection to Venice"

"This was a great spot close to public transit into Venice. The rooms and building were very clean. Staff was very accommodating (holding luggage before/after) and kind. The bed could have been a bit more comfortable (very flat pillows) and a few more amenities (no shampoo/conditioner, only body wash) However I would still definitely recommend for a short stay visiting Venice! "

"Amazing communication, amazing location, apartment was very clean and very spacious and quiet. It accommodated our family of 5 beautifully. Definitely someplace we would return to!"

"Walking distance from train station is around 5 minutes. This is also near actv station "Riva De Biaso", very convenient. My room is 02, unfortunately it has an unpleasant smell throughout the stay, but other than that, everything is good enough. I am glad that I utilize kitchen nicely."

"The property is very nice and clean and the staff was lovely. Unfortunately, the room was right next to a restaurant so there was noise late at night and in the early mornings when they were prepping before they would open. Also, at the bottom of the stairs to the place the hotel has rooms where they store the linens so you constantly hear the door slamming all hours of the day. The air conditioner in the bedroom did not work very well so it was hot at night."

"Great location, very quiet and clean. Apartment is spacious and beautifully decorated and furnished. They provided everything we needed, silverware, coffee, pots and cups. Bathrooms have all the necessary toiletry and the showers have a great flow. Building has elevator and the room has amazing air conditioning. Beautiful view of the canal. Staff are very friendly and helpful, gave us a lot of great tips and advice. We will definitely come back! "
