"Overall excellent stay. The onsen was wonderful, and the amenities, such as free massage chairs, popsicles, and free noodle soup at night, far exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect. My only complaint was that the pillow options were limited, so I slept better in some of our other Japanese hotels."

"Very nice accommodations and very good value. The rooms are in need of a refresh, but extremely functional. Our only improvement would be the food variety. We stayed for one week, which is probably unusual for most guests so we tired of the same food day after day. There is great variety, but the same ever day. As an example, for fruit it's apple, banana and pineapples every breakfast varying with other fruits every other day would be a welcome change. Same with eggs, bread selections."
