"We absolutely loved our stay at CERVO. The view, the food, the quality of the room, the amazing staff, the wonderful spa, the list goes on and on.. It’s a funny feeling because I want CERVO to be visited by everyone visiting Zermatt, but I also wish this very special place to be a secret!! ;) Anyhow, I would recommend this place with 10 out of 10 rating, it’s just AMAZING.

"The Hotel is perfectly located! We really appreciated the train station shuttle feature. The breakfast was good and the room was excellent. For the most part the staff is very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend and would consider booking this hotel again. The one thing I will say is that I was amazed at the poor, grumpy attitude of some of the breakfast attendants when guests are genuinely being friendly, considerate and kind. Not every inadvertent "mis-step/faux pas" is done...

"I had a wonderful stay at Zermama! In all my travels, I’ve never chosen to dine at a hotel for my entire stay but the food here was so delicious, I couldn’t resist. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and welcoming, and the gentleman assisting during breakfast was exceptionally kind. "Hvis jeg skulle finde en lille ting rent bæredygtighedsmæssigt; så blev der næsten skiftet sengetøj hver dag, det synes jeg ikke er nødvendigt.
Synes hotellet kunne overveje at sætte timer på boblebadet så gæsterne ikke selv kunne tænde for det kørte uafbrudt og larmede ret meget.

"We just finished staying for 3 days at the Aristella in Zermatt and really enjoyed staying there. The staff is very friendly and the room was spotless. The Aristella is close to the train station, main shopping area, and attractions like the Glacier Paradise cable car and the cog railway. The breakfast (and the staff at breakfast) are great as well!

"The front desk was very friendly and helpful. Although hotel is not far from train station, we were offered to and from complementary shuttle. The shuttle drivers were very nice. The basement room we stayed in was very spacious with a huge washroom and a kitchenette. House keeping was very tidy. The pool and hot tub was refreshing after a long day of hiking. Breakfast had a good variety. We really enjoyed the menu and service at onsite DUDE pub. Highly recommend and will definitely come back...
