Zhangjiajie Huatian Hotel
Great hotel with very friendly and welcoming staff. We stayed in the family room which was spacious, clean and comfortable for our family. The hotel was also a good base to visit all the main tourist attractions around Zhangjiajie. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

It was very clean and a good breakfast. But the staff does not speak English for questions needing to be answered.

Zhangjiajie Shi Guang Zhi Wai Boutique Hotel
I'm sorry, but it wasn't what I expected. The bed was very hard, and there was a lot of noise around; I had to cancel my stay immediately.

Home away from home
We had a really good time at the hotel, grace and all the staff were so helpful and kind. Very stunning location around the mountains. The shuttle transfer was so easy to arrange thanks to grace. Would highly recommend staying here
