Hôtel très confortable et propre. Les chambres sont assez spacieuses et bien équipées. La restauration correcte. Personnel très gentil est très attentionné. Petit hic : au niveau de la communication, il faut bien réviser son mandarin car l'anglais semble ne plus être la langue internationale.

客房/飯店清潔度:很好 服務品質：服務人員很熱心 飯店設施：行政樓層房間很大，但是備品很普通不像五星級酒店的產品。浴室浴缸沒有泡澡的產品，這個部份要加強。 飯店位置：離機場與車站都不遠，坐車都30-40分鐘能到。

Friendly staff and close to the train station

Very friendly staff and easy transportation to the train station. The room is quite comfy and for less than 100 dollars per night is probbaly one of the best hotel deals in zhengzhou.

Overall, my experience is vey positive. It is a nice hotel. If the front desk could be more attentive to customers waiting inline. There are two times, people cut into my line, and front desk service person did not say anything about it.

Was here for one night. The AC did not work and got moved to another room. It didn't work in that room either and tried to stick us with a room fan! After the temperature crept up to 27.5, I called again and they put us on the top floor facing the east side because it was cooler. The bellhop was very nice as was most of the staff. Note that this is a smoking hotel although they said that 2 floors were non-smoking.
