"We stayed at this hotel in Copacabana, and our experience was a mix of positives and negatives. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist, which we truly appreciated. The lobby area was okay, but the overall condition of the rooms was disappointing. The rooms were poorly cleaned, and the shower was especially frustrating and in need of improvement.
The main reason we chose this hotel was the location, and that was definitely the highlight. Being in such a great area...

"La relación precio servicio es buena en términos generales pero URGE remodelar instalaciones. Se ven viejas y olvidadas. La tina del baño es muy vieja y sin funcionamiento. El área de spa esta limpia pero las tinas de hidromasaje no sirven. Los rescata las buena actitud y servicio de las personas como meseros y camaristas"

"Fantastic stay, really enjoyed it. My only recommendation for the property would be to add a wash station for the beach in front of the hotel, the lobby is very nice, but there was no way to wash your feet and legs off from the beach! Having a spray bottle is not really good enough, you need a garden hose or plumbed in wash station."

"Great hotel and staff. Location was also nice with great views from the roof top bar. If you need and iron though make sure you do not request when you are in a rush; it took 2 hours from the time we requested and we missed the hotel breakfast. Other than that it was a great hotel and nice stay"
