"Nous avons eu de la difficulté à faire notre enregistrement de façon autonome. Nous avions un code pour entrer dans notre chambre mais il n'y avait pas d'indication où elle se situait. Nous avons communiqué avec l'établissement par courriel mais sans reponse alors nous avons appelé et la personne a été tres gentille et nous a aidé a trouver notre chambre. Sinon, le déjeuner est tres bon et avec plusieurs choix de plats. Un stationnement gratuit est à proximité ce qui est très apprécié....

"I fully recommend this place eyes closed, 1000%. The service I just can’t describe it. Whenever we needed something we got it right away. The staff were incredibly polite, attentive, welcoming. This place is very peaceful. 15 mins away driving from rethymno so if you want to be closer to everything ( restaurants, old town, etc then this place wont be your best choice. Regardless, is worth going. You can make reservations to eat at Kapsaliana hotel."

"The most amazing place"

"Mein Partner und ich waren diesen Sommer das erste Mal im Paralos Lifestyle Hotel. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss mit Swim Up gebucht und den direkten Einstieg von der Terasse in den Pool exzessiv genutzt. Neben den privaten Pools, gibt es auch frei zugängliche auf der Anlage, die ebenfalls sehr einladend aussahen. Zu keiner Zeit war es hier überfüllt, immer waren Liegen mit Sonnenschirm verfügbar. Das Buffet-Essen und das Barangebot haben wir als lecker und abwechslungsreich wahrgenommen....
