"Very clean and comfortable. We stayed here 2 nights before leaving Japan and enjoyed our stay. The shuttle is super easy to get to on the backside of the hotel. Loved having the nespresso machine in the room. Especially since the lobby bar is closed in the later morning at least. Would have been nice if it was open for us to get an espresso there and/or a cocktail before heading out. Overall, very nice hotel! "

"Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Unfortunately Sagawa lost one of our bags and the front desk team at Kawasaki Skyfront managed to locate and bring the luggage to the hotel for 5.30am so that we could take it back to the UK with us. So so so pleased!!! Absolutely above and beyond. The hotel was clean and a small room (Premium Double) but perfectly fine for a stay before a flight. The free shuttle to Haneda was great too!"

Our room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully organized, making it easy to relax after long days of exploring Tokyo. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere and how well the space was designed for both rest and convenience. The location is another huge plus, with easy access to transportation, shops, and restaurants. Whether we were heading into the city or returning late, everything felt effortless. Overall, this was a fantastic stay. Great service, a very clean environment, and a comfortable room made it an excellent choice. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."
