Khách sạn Zręczyce

"The hotel is just absolutely beautiful. The room was clean but the tea kettle that was in there was not. It hasn't been used in some time so it had dust and dead bugs inside it. Just went and got dishwashing liquid and washed it. The staff there is very friendly and kind. would highly recommend this for a vacation. The breakfast they served was also amazing."

"The hotel was fantastic, staff were great and really enjoyed our stay, if I was being picky I would say the free mineral water bottles seem to be topped up in the bedroom daily from a jug rather than a fresh new bottle, the breakfast was amazing, great choices, we never ate in the evening however did try some of the wines, the wines were nice however I think the red polish wine may have gone off but that aside it's a great location with free parking to visit Poland"

"All I can say is that we’re very proud and happy to stay here for the rest of our holiday one week here in Krakow in this good hotel 🥰all the services will come to us in a very special place and unforgettable experience ❤️🙏❤️Thank you so much for this wonderful opportunity to be with you all the staff especially your amazing team and the breakfast is always great🥰"

"Nice hotel only complaint was how expensive of a deposit they wanted."

"Top hotel!"

"I think I was suckered in a little bit by Instagram in all honesty. Yes it is a decent hotel and the price was good however I'd say in reality it was pretty run of the mill and you'd be better being located closer to the old town. No water in room for the good of the environment but the water station was the complete other end of the corridor to us to pretty inconvenient. Breakfast was average at best and on several occasions big hitting items were empty and took too long to fill. The pool,...

"Loved our stay at this hotel! We were given a surprise free upgrade to a suite, which was extremely comfortable and spacious. Friendly staff, everything is spotlessly clean and great touches like the filtered water machine on each floor. It’s in a great location between the old town and Kazimierz, easily walkable to both, and on direct train line from the airport. Would definitely recommend."

"Conveniently situated, easy access to historical sites and the old city. Surrounding and onsite restaurants amd cafés very close by if you want to avoid the inner city or on your way back from a full day. Excellent staff, modern, clean, great breakfast, all modern amenities, convenient underground parking."

"Great location, lovely stay!"

"The location of this adult only hotel is perfect! Reception staff are friendly and very helpful. Lovely room with en suite, and a welcome bottle of Prosecco! Daily housekeeping was thorough. Daily buffet breakfast was exceptional! If I were to return to Krakow I would certainly stay here again!"

"Very clean hotel."

"We loved our stay from start to finish, beautiful little hotel and helpful staff, breakfast was lovely for the price. Rooms were clean and well looked after. Walking distance to square, would stay here again."

"Clean and well maintained. Staff helpful. Excellent location for ICE conference centre"

"La chambre est bien , la sdb est un peu petite. Le petit déjeuner est de bonne qualité mais pas très varié et la salle est tres bruyante."

"One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Room, spa and pool, bar, staff. All fantastic and value for money. We are 100% returning!"

"The room was spacious and cleaned every day. Great location near the main train station and in walking distance to old town. The terrace off the restaurant was a great afternoon spot to grab a bite and people watch."
