"It was amazing staying in this hotel with my family. The amosphere, the surrounding neighbourhood is so conducive.
1. The staff right from receiving us to retrieve the luggage, registration is very courteous and helpful.
2. Amazing special mentioned, is when we called to repair water seepage from the shower closet, it was immediately attend to, there and then. The technician is knowledgeable and courteous.
3. The housekeeping is so understanding. Though we did not request for washing tray, soap and sponge. The housekeeping noticed that we used the kitchen utensils, plate, knife, and taking the bread toaster. This is amazing. We not know their names. But really appreciate them.

"I would like to commend Trixie, a trainee, for her excellent customer service. She greeted us with a pleasant smile and truly showed great Thai hospitality. We were pleasantly surprised when she upgraded our room, which made our stay even more special. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness made a wonderful first impression. She is definitely a great asset to the team."

"Fantastic location, great room and pool, but even more impressive was the quality of the service from staff, very attentive without being in your face. Wonderful to see and hear the ongoing advice and training from senior staff. Performed with guidance and grace rather than the negative “direction” I’ve seen at other establishments. Finally, the breakfast buffet was awesome. One of the best multi cuisine I’ve had in 45 years of travel. All a credit to Hyatt Erawan Bangkok management."
