"Fantastic hotel. We stayed 5 nights at the grand Hyatt erawan, then 5 nights at grand Centre point prestige. Everything from service, to breakfast, to accommodating employees and great facilities was better. Better views, better pool, better food, better room. Definitely going back. "

Dining was also top notch with authentic Thai as well as French cuisine at Erawan Tea Room and Gaston Bistro (featuring nightly live band) Management is experienced and strong here. Facility is well maintained and clean. Location near huge malls and shrines made access convenient. Overall, highly recommend Grand Hyatt Erawan."

Beautiful large room and a great breakfast with everything you could possibly want. The location is great - close to shopping malls, Erawan shrine, skytrain. This is my favourite Bangkok hotel and fully deserves its 5 stars "

"Hidden location but very convenient to access Siam Paragon in a minute with the shuttle operated almost every 5 minutes. Perfect for enjoying the proximity to the mall and BTS and yet avoiding the crowds. The staff are all very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are big and clean. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Overall the service is fantastic."
