"Make sure you don’t book „standard room”, the room we got was terrible - dirty, moldy, old and smelly, old carpet, the bed looked as if it was used before and just made up quickly so it looked ready. Hair and dust bunnies everywhere. After we complained we were offered an „upgrade” for extra $50 USD, we refused, next „offer” was $30 USD and after I put my foot down (and took many pics of the mold, dirt and dust) all of a sudden we got a nice and clean room. "This is one of my favorite hotels in Egypt. The rooms are very nice, tho some rooms have the bed to close to the bathroom and then you have to squeeze through. The service is excellent, and the food is great too. Every morning you get some bidders of water for the day ahead of you. The view is amazing because you can see the pyramids from there.
