"The staff especially Kiki was very friendly, courteous, pleasant and easy to communicate. Breakfast was delicious, coffee was great. Rooms were clean, the only situation we encountered was, there were only one chair in the room we stayed in. We were sitting on the bed all the time"

"The breakfast bistro was amazing, Denise was a sweetheart. Their breakfast selection was good even had some healthier options. Housekeeping needs more work !!!! They never once came after we arrived on Thursday and left on Sunday - we had to take trash out ourselves. (They’re lucky we gave them $3 cash as tip) they never refilled the coffee or made sure we had toilet paper. Plus check in was 4 o’clock we didn’t get room after arriving until 5:30 room wasn’t ready."

"This is a lowkey guesthouse with some nice rooms (and some, not so nice ones), helpful staff, easy parking, and a great location right by Wilton Drive. The first room I stayed at had a king-sized bed on the 2nd floor. It was nice, quiet, and clean. The AC worked perfectly and there was a ceiling fan so I loved the room temperature. "The location was a perfectly fine place to stay for the one night before our cruise. The staff was nice enough to get us into our room well before 3:00 since we arrived via plane several hours before check-in. We were able to use the hotel pool during our short wait for our room. The hotel sent an Uber to pick us up at airport instead of a shuttle, but that was fine by us. We did have a bus shuttle to take us back to the airport. The hotel seems outdated, but overall clean. "
