"The mattress was uncomfortable, the air conditioner was noisy, and the room had an unpleasant smell. The pool was not clean and was full of leaves. All the hotel windows were frosted or treated, so you couldn’t see outside."

"We stayed for 6 nights. The breakfast was filling, the parking reasonable at $5 per day and the staff friendly. The location was perfect for us. Although, this is not a luxurious hotel, it was convenient. The hotel is a bit dated, with the rooms needing upgrades. We had a one bedroom suite. The sofa bed did not work and needs a replacement. The beds could be more comfortable, and the one bathroom needs more light and a fan."

"The shuttle was at the airport within minutes to pick us up. Our rooms were ready, neat and clean and everything we needed. Staff was very helpful with answering questions. Breakfast was excellent!"

"The hotel is conveniently located however the staff is all dry, cold, and not welcoming at all. Check in was dry and not pleasant as a Marriott member. The food was not tasty the salsa was thick and pasty, the bacon was too crunchy and greasy and the turkey sausage looked gross. Definitely not going to be returning or recommending."

"The staff wasn't friendly. The only good thing about this hotel was the location, which was close to the Explanade Park. There is limited parking space, and it's kind of scary to walk from the parking lot."
