"We absolutely loved our stay Riverside. We were located right in the heart of downtown. Restaurants and shopping. We had a balcony suite with a city view. We arrived before our check-in and the staff was kind enough to let us check in early. They recommended ways to get around since we didn’t have our vehicle. We will be definitely staying at Riverside again."

"Now, when we first arrived at the airport, we called to set up our airport shuttle transfer like instructed. Nobody answered the phone in the shuttle department. I called the front desk and they got through and we were told to go to area F for pickup. We waited for 45 minutes (with another family that also shares the second part of this story). No shuttle showed. Now, listen carefully, there are two holiday inns, so when a shuttle finally showed that said Holiday Inn on it we excitedly jumped...

"It’s cheap and decently clean. Airport shuttle only took about 15 min even though the front desk said 45. She did not understand English on the phone very well though and got frustrated and hung up on my husband. Bed was comfy, breakfast looked like mostly white bread and yogurt so we skipped it. Close to airport and port."

"We love this place. A bit surprised by the adding of a resort fee since our last stay."

"I travel quite a bit up and down the East coast. I have never seen a front desk be so unhelpful to guests. Not once but time after time. The attitudes of that’s the way it is, is disturbing. They are not kind, never smile and seems like they don’t want you there. I realize it’s a discount hotel, at least try to help your guests. They could care less if you stay or leave."

"The staff was amazing. The room was very clean. We stayed one night on route elsewhere The next day. The only downside was the constant slamming of doors and loud voices at night, and thats not the fault of the staff."

"The hotel is conveniently located however the staff is all dry, cold, and not welcoming at all. Check in was dry and not pleasant as a Marriott member. The food was not tasty the salsa was thick and pasty, the bacon was too crunchy and greasy and the turkey sausage looked gross. Definitely not going to be returning or recommending."

"Room was evacuate, the beds were comfortable. Staff was incredibly attentive and the shuttle helped us out immensely. I would definitley reccomend staying here"

"This is a Candlewood Suites. It is the low end of the IHG family of hotels. The advantage is that if you have a lot of work to do the desk/kitchen counter stretches most of the room so it is easy to work on a project. This particular location surprises you when you check in as they charge for parking that is not disclosed when you make a reservation via Expedia."
