"$50 fee for early check in is ridiculous, rooms was dirty and buggy , couldn’t use the balcony bugs/flies all over the floor (they somehow made their way into the room and were all over the bed ) Staff is super friendly tho"

"I was disappointed with the customer service during my stay. I went to the front desk to ask what time the buffet opened. At the time, the front desk representative was distracted, looking at a cell phone while talking with someone who worked in the kitchen or assisted with the buffet. When I asked my question, the employee responded rudely by saying, “Don’t you see the sign is on the wall?” I found the comment disrespectful and unprofessional. Guests should be treated with courtesy and spoken to politely when asking a simple question. Unfortunately, this interaction negatively affected my overall experience at the hotel."

"The room was really nice( microwave and mini refrigerator) and the amenities as well. WiFi was available, breakfast options were great, the pool area was nice and there was a floaty for my daughter to use, and the gym area was good as well. The staff was very helpful as well when we needed to get additional towels and garbage bags."
