The reviews we read said the owners were super helpful & offered lifts & places to store luggage which is why we booked as we needed to store our suitcases somewhere while we went on a tour to Sapa. But we found it difficult to get enough hot water, turning the system on for half an hour was only enough for 3...

"Stayed three nights and the staff were amazing, helped with tours and were really friendly. The rooms were decent size and comfortable, also more private beds than most hostels. The toilets and rooms could be cleaner, but it wasn’t dirty. Decent breakfast - bread, jam and fresh fruit."
