"Fabulous room and the hotel staff was able to accommodate us with a medical fridge. Had trouble with the t v not keeping reception and going black and construction repairs, starting eight thirty nine o'clock were a little bit off, but otherwise the stay was fabulous."

"Stay was great, location is ideal and away from the chaos but still in the center of everything. Only thing we were not happy with was the use of the amenities as hotel guests. We had free access to the pool in the morning only, then had to pay after 12pm with a reservation for loungers. This was very disappointing as we already paid quite an amount for the stay itself. The privacy feature in our room was not functional, we advised housekeeping upon checking in but it was never fixed."

"Room was not well kept, hardwood floor was scratched all over, bathrooms were not totally clean. Front desk staff were not that helpful. I wanted to ship some item back to my home the person in charge of shipping was not the helpful. I ended up walking to near by UPS to get help. I wanted the hotel keep our luggage while waiting for our ride back to airport I had to pay cash for that service. Generally staff service was not satisfactory, specially for premium price we paid."

The location is central in Times Square, so extremely close to transit options. Additionally, the facility was very well-maintained and the pool area was nice. I'd highly recommend it!"
