"Room was cleaned well by housekeeping, I didn't need it every day so had my do not disturb on half the time. I didn't use any of the other hotel facilities - breakfast, bar, gym. I had a room on the 7th floor at the front so it was a bit noisy, but not a huge issue."

"Everything went well. We checked in and the staff was very friendly. The room was small but enough for a couple staying 5 nights. It's clean, comfy bed and new appliances in the room. Breakfast can be very busy, and after reading the previous reviews we decided to wake up early to have breakfast of which was very goods. At 7am it was busier than 6:30, but we didn't mind an early day as we were out to enjoy the day without the crowd. Location was perfect, close to everything and good public transport links. Nice rooftop. I'd definitely stay again."

"Pay attention to what you’re charged! I loved the hotel experience itself. The facilities were beautiful, the room was comfortable and extremely clean, and the staff were wonderful. I can't give a full 5-star review because I was charged for a bottle of wine that I neither asked for, received, nor charged to the room. I discovered this after leaving - we were late for our flight and had to rush - and I called within a few hours to dispute the charge, leaving a message. I subsequently called again and sent two email messages to accounts receivable - and as of today, six weeks later, I have not received a single response. I'm quite disappointed, as every other part of the experience was wonderful. But I do think the property owes their guests the decency of a response to billing inquiries. "

"Comfy room, perfect for having a base following days exploring. For where it is located it was quiet in the rooms. Good to have complimentary water and bathroom amenities. It would have been nice to have a kettle, tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Staff very friendly and helpful"

"FLY/NATS IN SHOWERS. HAIR IN “CLEAN TOWELS” Stains on bed sheets. Weird smell coming out shower drain. Rude security guard AND front desk workers. The ONLY convenient thing is the location being in Times Square. Other than that throw it away. And the lobby looks nice, but the rooms are like little jail cells. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a wicked man. OHH and a cleaner opened my door while I was in bed because I didn’t respond to “housekeeping”. ( this was around 9am BEFORE the 12pm checkout time). I’ve NEVER in my life written a review. But this place right here. Nah I want my refund—still waiting for them to respond to my email sent DAYS AGO. Be careful with this catfish place. "
