"Credit card machine didn’t work for days, so was asked to make a wire transfer via the owner’s bank (which requires a heavy fine). Tried to pay cash instead and was yelled at by the owner. Hot water never worked, could feel the springs in the mattress, the restaurant had no options and the breakfasts got smaller each day. "Clean environment, courteous staff. We felt safe 24 hr security personnel. Quiet community. We only didn’t have hot water the whole 30 days stay and that was uncomfortable, we didn’t take a shower for once. We had to boil water in a kettle every day between 5 of us wasn’t an easy task at all."

"DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!! The owner/manager is a horrible/rude person. I do not know where the miscommunication happened, Expedia or misrepresented by the owner/manager, but the owner/manager was extremely rude while trying to figure out what happened to our reservation. His words...don't bother coming at all...so we did not. Unfortunate because we were really looking forward to our stay. We travel to Ghana frequently and this was the first time ever we had trouble with any stays. BEWARE. "
