"Nice 3 bedroom apartment. Lovely to have a bath in each ensuite. Kitchen isn't particularly well stocked (we had to keep washing up) but I've come to expect this from holiday rents now. The doors are all on closing mechanisms that crash the heavy doors shut with her loud bangs. This would be a problem if you had children as I'd worry they might crush fingers. "The apartment enjoys a central location in the lovely quaint coastal town of Southwold. A very comfortable, spacious flat with plenty of shops and places to eat on your doorstep. The bedrooms are on a slightly lower level to the living room and kitchen area and would benefit from some sort of coloured strip to draw your attention to this as the flooring is all one uniform colour. An accident waiting to happen! Otherwise a really nice place to stay."

"1. No prearrival communication. I had to call the day before to find out what was going on "call me when you arrive" was the answer 2. Amenities not great: no waste bin in the kitchen, washed up crockery left out on the drainer, bathroom dirty, toilet seat not fitted to the toilet 3. The beds were nice and well made up 4.
