"Located above a petrol station, as a lone traveler felt slightly vulnerable entering the building given the location. However, once inside it was comfortable and clean and surprisingly quiet. Good communication and instructions prior to stay. A kettle would have been preferable as I couldn’t make a cup of tea with the coffee machine, it appeared to be missing a part to allow for hot water. "Upon arrival and parking in the carpark I was concerned I have made the wrong choice. I went into the bar area and spoke to staff and I found them to be incredibly helpful and wanting to ensure that the process of checking in was easy. Though out my stay I felt comfortable and welcomed. The only criticism I have is that there was no food available through out our stay. However, there is plenty of restaurants and bars nearby and within walking distance. Overall I liked it there and plan to go...

"Good for solo and family trip. Inside the building everything is safe. Individually marked for individual rooms to avoid confusion. Got a nice kitchen and utensils. Well arranged. 10 minutes walk from Selly Oak train station (10 minutes ride to Birmingham). Customer support service is very much appreciated as they answer and sorted all my confusions promptly. Clean kitchen, corridor, bedroom and toilet. "

"Lovely apartment clean and well layed out, but to have a microwave hob and oven I feel it should have pots and pans and cooking utensils. There is a tv mounted on the wall but no aerial lead so you could only get on demand programs. Coffee tea and sugar was provided. This is a new complex ( about a month old )and I understand that it’s still needs refining "
