"Staff very professional at all times, kind & helpful. Parking very nearby with no issues. Room very clean. We really enjoyed our stay there & would definitely stay again in the future. "Very good value for an excellent location in central Cardiff. I found it a very safe place to stay as a solo traveller, with 24 hour reception and really lovely staff. The accommodation is basic but clean and had everything I needed."

"Good quiet location. Plenty of car parking spaces Spacious room with all amenities. Only thing missing was a tray for the complimentary teas in the room to protect the side. Large well planned seating area in adjacent pub with cheap value food and drinks. Pleasant, helpful staff just not many of them.
Would definitely use again!"

"Attention! There was NO hot water during the whole of our stay!
When I notified the hotel via a WhatsApp text, they told me that the boiler had broken down and they were going to fix it.
When I spoke to the person at Reception, he said that a technician was going to come in the morning, but there was still no hot water.
When I asked for compensation, I was told that they would get back to me, but they never did! Instead I kept on getting emails to rate my stay and/or to contact Costumer Service....

"Das Holiday Inn Express Bristol City Centre by IHG liegt strategisch nah beim Bahnhof, somit kann man bequem über die Straße gehen und mit dem Zug u.a. nach Bath fahren; auch alle anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten liegen nahe beisammen.
Trotz der stark befahrenen Straße vor dem Hotel ist es im Hotel selbst ruhig, also gut gedämmt.
Das Personal ist jung und sehr freundlich bzw. hilfsbereit. Man wird herzlich empfangen.

"Lovely stay breakfast was delicious and staff very attentive. Room was modern but had a few cosmetic issues such as tape on laminate flooring and a shower screen that didn't stop the water from pouring out. It didn’t affect our stay but from a glance minor repairs could be made. Would still happily book again as location and breakfast alone was well worth it "
