"This was our first stay at Go2 Portishead. We were
welcomed by a nice receptionist. The room was clean with everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. The parking was convenient and nearby. We would recommend the hotel and hope to stay there again."

"Very good value for an excellent location in central Cardiff. I found it a very safe place to stay as a solo traveller, with 24 hour reception and really lovely staff. The accommodation is basic but clean and had everything I needed."

"Good quiet location. Plenty of car parking spaces Spacious room with all amenities. Only thing missing was a tray for the complimentary teas in the room to protect the side. Large well planned seating area in adjacent pub with cheap value food and drinks. Pleasant, helpful staff just not many of them.
Would definitely use again!"

"Attention! There was NO hot water during the whole of our stay!
When I notified the hotel via a WhatsApp text, they told me that the boiler had broken down and they were going to fix it.
When I spoke to the person at Reception, he said that a technician was going to come in the morning, but there was still no hot water.
When I asked for compensation, I was told that they would get back to me, but they never did! Instead I kept on getting emails to rate my stay and/or to contact Costumer Service....

"For £94.50 a night this is a very basic hotel.
Room and bed were large and clean, but very sparsely and cheaply furnished. There was a TV and 'fridge.
Bathroom was very small, though clean.
Amenities? I didn't notice any - no breakfast, no lounge or bar.
The other clientele did not inspire one to expect a peaceful or indeed safe night's sleep; though in fairness I enjoyed quiet and restful nights.
The hotel is well placed for Taunton station."

"Very nice, descent, and value for your money, affordable and you can't beat how close this is from the Temple Meads Station. I see a few complaints from people about the complimentary breakfast, and I don't understand why, we are on a tour through UK and this is by far the best breakfast we've gotten, we filled ourselves so well that we didn't have to eat anything else the rest of the day, giving us time to do more stuff... Staff was very friendly specially Amber's helpful information about...
