"Leider bekamen wir nicht das 3-Bett Zimmer mit Stadtblick, wie wir gebucht hatten. Stattdessen wollte man uns ein Doppelzimmer mit einem Zustell-Stockbett für Kinder mut Blick auf einen kleinen, unschönen Innenhof geben. Es dauerte leider 1Std, bis wir, nachdem ich mich hartnäckig beschwert hatte, ein anderes Zimmer mit einzelnen Betten bekamen. Allerdings wieder mit Blick auf den Innenhof. Als Ausgleich verlangte ich 1,5Std Nutzung des Wellnessbereichs für umsonst. Proaktiv wurde uns leider...

"Gran opcion si buscas movilidad al centro de Venezia. Tienes a unos 200mts la linea 6 y 6L que te llevan al centro y solo cuesta 1,50. Llegamos 4 horas antes del check in y pudimos dejar las valijas sin problemas y quedarnos en el jardin tomando algo hasta que la habitacion estuvo lista. El personal fue muy amable."

"Wunderschönes Hotel, tolle Lage, nette und sehr engagierte Mitarbeiter. Leider war im Bad massiv Schimmel an der Decke über der Dusche. Das wurde zwar - nachdem wir es gemeldet hatten - versucht zu entfernen, Reste blieben jedoch erhalten und durch die Reinigung stank das gesamte Zimmer anschließend sehr nach Chlor (was zu Atemproblemen führte, ich bin Asthmatikerin). Dennoch - der Versuch war da und das ist viel Wert. Daher: Service absolut super!"
