Accommodation good for sleeping for 1 night during a long trip. Basic simple breakfast. The air conditioning cannot be turned off. During check-in, there were problems with receiving the second ordered room, which the accommodation had not properly secured, but the receptionist handled everything well.

The young lady that checked us in and was in charge of breakfast was lovely! Very friendly and wanted to help us with the hot room but nothing she could do. The room was like an oversized closet. Far too small for 2 people. There wasn’t even room for our luggage. The room was so hot we opened the window to try to get some air and in the morning we were covered with bug bites! We spent 2 sleepless nights there, the hotel was very clean and safe but I would never go back or recommend this place.

Very poor service. I made my reservation in the afternoon and called to say that I would be checking in late, after 11 p.m. They told me that was fine and that they would wait for me. I arrived at the property and there was no one there. I tried calling the property's number and a confused young receptionist answered because no one had notified him of my arrival. Even worse, the phone number belongs to another hotel. The young man kindly asked me if I could go to his hotel and he would try to sort it out, which he did. In the end, I had to leave Hotel Roma and go to Hotel Al Pino Verde. So, if you're looking for a place to stay, it's better to go to Al Pino Verde, and if you arrive at night, the young man at reception will surely help you with your stay. I was very disappointed with the experience but grateful that a young man with an exhausting work schedule was able to help me.

Gli orari del check in indicati nel sito expedia non corrispondono con quelli della struttura. Per il sabato e domenica il check in è dalle ore 7 alle 11 e non dalle ore 16. Nel mio caso è stato possibile comunque effettuare il check in fuori orario recandomi in un'altra struttura per il ritiro delle chiavi.

Struttura pulitissima e molto ben sistemata. Colazione buona per lo standard, la ragazza alla reception molto educata e preparata. Unica segnalazione che all'arrivo in camera, la temperatura era altissima, prontamente sistemata dalla reception in mattinata. Consigliato per soggiorni nei dintorni di padova e treviso

Il posteggio interno ha pochi posti ma intorno se ne trovano. Se uscite dal parcheggio interno vi conviene svoltare a destra, visto che davanti c'è il semaforo per andare a sinistra e dopo poco un secondo semaforo, la viabilità non è comoda. A parte questo nel residence si sta bene.
