"The guy at the reception counter was incredibly nice - he helped me out with the wifi situation. The wifi wasn't working for a couple of days and I had to use my data (boo) but that's not their fault - I just took it up w/ IT. The rooms were nice and felt secure as a student travelling abroad. It was close to downtown which was a perk - everything was within walking distance. I'd definitely recommend this place to future student travelers."

"After an issue with VRBO, we were given this hotel as an alternative accommodation.
It was extremely expensive for what is essentially a very cheap, outdated, and poorly maintained hotel. We were given a room for four people with two small beds, and we could barely sleep.

"Beware... there are multiple Glasgow City Centre Premier Inns. We initially went to the wrong one, in part because Hotels.com kept telling me about the others after I had booked and I clicked on the wrong link for the directions. That error cost me £5 in the car park for about 10 minutes.
When we arrived check in was slow as none of the automated check in machines were working and one poor chap was trying to deal with an influx of guests.
