"I had a wonderful one-week stay at Dar Amastan during the Gnaoua Festival and would happily stay here again. This riad had only been open about a month when I visited, but the hospitality was exceptional. The location is excellent—an easy walk to the medina, beach, restaurants, and festival venues while still being peaceful. "We didn’t enjoy parts of our stay. There were no rugs for the cold floors or hand towels in the bathroom. The staff didn’t seem to enjoy our being there which made us feel uncomfortable at times. It was okay as a place to stay, not great. The first riad we weren’t offered tea upon our arrival too. "
