"Good location tasty breakfast helpful & freindly staff clean building "

"I liked how easily accessible the property was and how the staff were very well versed in tourist attractions and the like. I was helped by Marta when I checked in and she gave me a map with all the places I’d need to go to or tourist and food spots circled in which was very helpful, as well as the transportation links around the city. I just wish there were more options especially with protein at breakfast. It was all pretty much just toast and baked good but some eggs and maybe some sausages...

"The hotel is great, clean and spacious. The staff is great. Location is good if you are going to guggenheim museum, not as good if you are going to casco viejo. "

"Die Mitarbeiter sind hier über die App gut erreichbar, wenn es Probleme gibt. Bei Check-in für zwei Zimmer muss man darauf achten, dass man beide separat eincheckt. Die Rezeption ist nur für wenige Stunden besetzt. Ich fand die Zimmer relativ hellhörig, aber die Unterkunft ist sehr gut erreichbar und sauber. Das Café gleich nebenan ist definitiv empfehlenswert!"

"Room was a sauna, AC wouldn’t work despite several attempts with wall console. Area nearby also a bit sketchy. "
