"Lots of gangs of kids hanging around, and not a safe feeling area. Property lacked basic things that you’d expect in a hotel. No one on site to contact to rectify things. Not a good place to stay. "

"I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding the disgraceful condition of the room we were given during our recent stay — an experience that was both distressing and unacceptable on every level. After travelling seven hours from Edinburgh to Ipswich, we arrived exhausted and expected at least a clean, comfortable place to rest. Instead, we were met with a filthy, unhygienic room that bore no resemblance whatsoever to the images advertised online. The room we walked into was a total catfish...

"The property was lovely suited our requirements as it had a ground floor bedroom, no need to go upstairs. Had everything we required. Lovely kitchen and bathroom. The only downside was it had not be cleaned properly, worksurfaces still had food debris and both sofas needed a vacuum over, plus they were stained. Would certainly recommend the house."
