"The staff were absolutely incredible and I appreciated their insight and advice about the 24-hour airport shuttle, and that breakfast and coffee items were provided even for early morning shuttle service. The staff graciously handled a persistent noise complaint and moved me to a new room when the problem continued after their intervention. Parth in particular was my hero of the stay"

"Parking was good... plenty of restaurants around.. room smelled of stale cigarettes.. NO sheets on bed.. just a light blanket that was very stiff. Shower was clean.. planes landing at Bradley Airport flew right overhead Was alittle scary. "

"This place is a dump. TV wouldn’t stay connected to the cable, kept having to unplug and replug. Landline in room had no dial tone. Blow dryer in room didn’t work. I was supposed to get free parking while I was traveling but they charged me $8 per day. They said it was because I booked through expedia. The bed and pillows were not comfortable. I will never go there again. Avoid this place!!!"

"La habitación el piso o la cerámica está levantado , suena cuando la pisas y por las noches traquea usando ella sola se acomoda . Esos ruidos no te dejan dormir puedes creer que una persona se metió a tu habitación,De hecho hise el checkout a las 12 de la noche no pude dormir con ese ruido ; las camas ya están vencidas . No tuve Wifi , no se con cual nombre me registraron probé los fis nombres y apellidos y no funcionó . El desayuno Ada que ver . Definitivamente por ahora no regreso. "
