16. Santos Studio by Homing

Lisbon City Center

"It was very old. I'm 5'4" and I had to duck to get in and out of the entrance to the studio. It doesn't have a bedroom because it's a studio. The bathroom is smaller than a cruise ship bathroom. There is no AC. The stairwell is dark so I had to use my phone light. There is a TV but I had no access to see anything on it. There's an ironing board but no iron. There is no wifi. In the future, I will only be using hotels.com for hotels and nothing else."

"The place was really lovely and everything was a good walkable distance away but the air conditioning was terrible! My partner and I could barely sleep as the place was boiling hot. I tried messaging multiple times to have someone sort this out but I only got automated messages. When someone finally answered, I was only told that people were coming to sort it out. We were there for 4 nights and I messaged on the first day to sort this out. If the air conditioning actually worked or someone came...
