"The water smelled terrible, the wifi was hit or miss if it was going to be working, the main office was in terrible condition and the vending machines had out of date food and not drinkable sodas, the cans were caving in on the soda in the vending machine, I wouldn't trust the microwave they had in the office for anything, there was 1 tiny trashcan in the whole room, the bathroom door was broken and wouldn't shut all the way and the door handle you could see thru a big hole around it, the latch...

"The room was clean, but it had a noticeable cigarette smell. Additionally, the elevator was out of service, so I had to carry two 50-pound suitcases down the stairs. On a positive note, they offer a free shuttle to DFW Airport, which was very convenient."

"I think our stay would have been nicer if the floor our room was on didn't reek of weed. We mentioned it to the front desk and she asked maintenance to chech it out. Woke up all night to the smell. The bed was very uncomfortable! Television in the bedroom wouldn't stay connected to wifi/service.
The hotel was clean as where the rooms. The staff at check in was wonerful. I do recommend coffee service in the lobby!!! The coffee in the room is not good!"

"It's a very busy hotel because it's near the airport but the staff was very accommodating and helpful. Air conditioner was kinda noisy but I can't sleep in total silence and it did drown out the airport sound which I was expecting because of other reviews talked about the noise but I didn't hear any planes in my room and it was on the airport side of the building."
