"If you are visiting a child at Western Carolina University, this is the best hotel that we have stayed at. New and equidistant from the university and downtown Sylva. Easy access to Walmart or grocery stores if you need. Staff is always polite and the hotel is always clean."

The elevator had troubles when I arrived there (door was shutting too quickly) but they fixed that in a day or so. The room would be better with a larger TV. The hotel is starting to look a bit down in places but it is a good place to stay. I will stay there again definitely "

"I had a job assignment in Clyde, NC and I never been here before. So I did a Google search and found several motels which I don't like that type of lodging. Finally I came across the Comfort Inn & Suites near by in Maggie Valley, NC. This place was very clean and inviting. When I checked in the gentleman was very nice and knowledgable of the area. Nice little shops and restaurants walking distance. This will be my hotel of choice when I return on my next assignment. And I plan on bring my family...
