When I called customer service to seek some compensation they attempted to tell me that it wasn’t their responsibility that the elevator in the hotel broke and the emergency call button wasn’t working. "Loved staying at this property, very clean, convenient location and is just a 7 minute walk to the street with a food hall and a 24 hour grocery store. Being able to use the laundry facilities was also helpful and having a bagged breakfast left at the door every morning was a nice touch. I would stay here again."
