"まだ新しいホテルなのに、洗面所の排水口が、とても汚れていてびっくりしました。 掃除の後に 点検する人が必要かと思います。 あと、フロントの若い女性スタッフがとても感じ悪く、聞いているのに返事もしなかったり、質問に対して一言でしか返さないなど、驚きの対応でした。。。 温泉もあり、まだ新しいのですごく残念な気持ちになりました。"

"We wanted to stay near Usa Shrine and Usa Station, so it was good location wise (5-minute drive to shrine, 2-minute drive to station) But from the price, we expected a nicer place. The room and onsen were quite outdated, but the staff was very kind and the food was good."
