"I’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the past 10 years. Very dirty now and the type of people staying here now are shall we say less than desirable. Feels unsafe. I hate leaving a bad review because I truly love the owners they are supper nice people. But it’s been this way the last 3 times in the past 2 years. Hope to see it get better. "

"I thought this was excellent value for money clean and tidy and nothing like the other reviews I have read. It was modern and had a cute reception area and was well located but it is some walk from asok station so do take that into account. The maps had a bit of a field day finding the place but nearby landmark hotel.clover is a good ref point /I will be coming back "

"The room stunk of cigarette smoke, there were roaches in the drawers, the bed was as hard as a rock and the water was turned off for 2 hours on my second day. I left after the 1st night and found another hotel!!!"

"DO NOT STAY HERE. Building work going on at this hotel from July 25th to October 31st so unless you love drilling and banging then I would not stay here. The noise is terrible drilling banging all day the ceiling and floors vibrating. You can taste the dust everywhere and the lift is always busy because they are bringing down bags of rubble. No advance warning from the hotel to inform you of the work being done. Just terrible "

"The location was good but the room was not at all like the photos. The walls were filthy, the shower had holes in the bottom and only one plug worked in the entire room and even that plug was not very functional (the plugs would fall out). It smelled like smoke in our room even though it was non smoking. I would not return..."

"Be careful with this place, tricky business ethics ! AD pictures are not all correct. Booked a Deluxe room with city view, but got a Standard room without any window at all, like a jail house. Owner refused to refund my higher paid Deluxe room price according to Standard room price. Moved out after first night, NEVER AGAIN !!! "
