I needed to cancel this reservation because of this disappointing turn of events. I messaged the hotel staff during the window of time necessary to cancel without late-cancellation fees, however the staff did not respond to me until after that window had passed, and would not budge on their policy of charging me for the entire stay. "I hope the hotel can be more eco-friendly. There is truly zero need to air condition the enclosed corridors 24/7. We only stay in the lobby for at most a minute and leave. It is such a waste of electricity :( The hotel can consider using the fan circulation mode instead of the heating mode. There is one Air Conditioner on every floor (3 floors, so 3 units in total hurting the Earth). As a tourist we do not need this additional comfort. The room A/C would do. Free parking, but only 3 spots so...
